Educo Africa is run by a lean team of permeant staff and a flexible pool of ex-Educo graduate guides & coaches, which allows us to operate with extraordinary financial efficiency.
Strategic and fiduciary oversight to ensure the highest levels of compliance and governance is provided by our board of trustees, all volunteers who serve and champion Educo’s goal and vision.

- For every $1,000 we raise, $935 goes directly into course delivery. Food, petrol and materials for our vulnerable participants
- Our total annual income is $350,000 and facilitates a thousand, 10-day long, all inclusive courses
- We have more active volunteers than paid staff
- Despite a rich and long history, our organisation has always lived hand to mouth, however we are in urgent need of funding due to decline in donations since the global pandemic.
